So the New Year came and went, you’ve picked up all the confetti and champagne glasses, you’ve made your resolutions, and you’re still feeling…blahhhhh.

Sometimes we just need a little help to get us going. Our bodies can get “programmed” into certain habits, and it can be very difficult to break this programming even if you’re aware of the problem. You may have put your heart into it when you resolved to go running every morning and finally lose those last ten pounds, but your bed is so warm and comforting at 6 am, and that bacon smells so good at 7.
Luckily you’ve all heard that it only takes 21 days to break a habit, but did you know it can sometimes be even less? Sometimes it only takes 10. And the best way to get rid of a bad habit is to replace it with a good one. Luckily you don’t have to put in all that much effort to get started in the right direction and – even better! – jumpstart your journey.
