The Guide for GLow Getters (Part 2)

Hello Glow Getters! A quick background about me. I’ve personally dealt with acne, hyper-pigmentation, fine lines, and dullness. For a very long time. The effects I saw with facial acupuncture and nutrition with Chinese Medicine Herbs. Is what inspired me to hone in on this specialty in my practice. If you haven’t read Part 1 of the Facial Acupuncture 101 series. Please do so here as many important questions were covered!
How Long Do The Results Last?
The amazing results of facial acupuncture are gifts that keep on giving. Since the results last for far longer than many other conventional beauty treatments. Typically they last 3-5 years, however that also depends on lifestyle and diet.
With each session, we are working on balancing your body and improving your inner homeostasis. Since acupuncture is done by viewing the body as a whole. Cosmetic acupuncture in and of itself will not only give the skin a rejuvenated and radiant look. In addition, it will also treat other issues of the body. We place needles on points that will balance hormones, aid digestion, manage stress, and keep your body in balance.
The Most Commonly Asked Question That I Get From Our Glow Getter Patients Is...
“Will facial acupuncture be painful?”
Many people are afraid of needles. They would love to try facial acupuncture but are afraid of the needles used. In reality, the needles used for facial acupuncture are as thin as a strand of hair. Thus will not cause discomfort. Many patients comfortably have the needles in place for 20 minutes during the treatment. Also many do not even feel the presence of the needles.
